FREE Corona Vaccine Registration on Surokkha for Bangladeshi

 

In Bangladesh currently most of the corona vaccination process is conducting by the Bangladesh Government. To cover the people of Bangladesh under the vaccination program the Government of Bangladesh using an Application and website named Surokkha. Here in the Surokkha app currently any Bangladeshi can register for Free Covid-19 vaccine aged over 25. In this post you will find out step by step process to Register for the Free Corona Vaccination for the Bangladeshi people. 

Registration Process to Corona Vaccination: 

1. First, in Surokkha (www.surokkha.gov.bd) You need to enter the web portal or Download Surokkha App from Android Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Clicking on the "Register" button will bring up a screen similar to the one below, select "Category" from here.
   
   
   
   
   
3. After selecting "Category", the following screen will appear. Here you have to click on "Verify" button after providing National Identity Card number, date of birth (according to National Identity Card) and CAPTCHA. 
   
   
   
   
   
4. If all is correct, the following Bengali and English names will be displayed. Provide mobile number here (OTP and vaccine information will be notified through SMS to this mobile number).
   
   
   
   
   
5. At this stage, select " Chronic disease / co-morbidity" on the screen below.
   
   
   
   
   
6. On the screen below, select whether the job is directly related to Covid-19.
   
   
   
   
   
7. At this stage select the current address on the screen below (Division, District, Upazila / Thana / City Corporation, Union / Municipality etc.)
   
   
   
   
   
8.  Select the Center where you want to receive the vaccine. Note that the center will be received according to the selected upazila.
   
   
   
   
   
9. Click the "Save" button from the screen below.
   
   
   
   
   
10. Finally complete the registration by clicking on the “Status Verify” button with the OTP code received via SMS on the mobile.
    
    
    
    
    

Now if everything is OK, then You get the following confirmation message to Download the Vaccine Card. 

"Congratulations! Your registration has been completed successfully. Now at any time you can Download the Vaccine Card online from the web portal www.surokkha.gov.bd."
