Undo A Sent Mail in Gmail
Gmail has various unique feature for their users, earlier post I have shown How To Secure Gmail Using Mobile Verification and today I'm going to show how to undo a sent Gmail. Suppose after sending an important mail you have got to know that you have forgot to write something or you have send the mail to another person by mistake.

If you're facing such problem and if you are Google Gmail user then Gmail Undo Send Lab will allow you to cancel the mail and send the mail again within 30 second after sending the mail. To have this feature you need to enable it. Follow the below steps...

  • First log in to your Gmail Account.
  • Then at the right top side of the window click Settings option.
  • Then click the Lab tab and find the Undo Send option.
  • Then check the Enable button.
  • Finally click on  Save Changes option located at bottom of the page.

When you enable this option, then your send mail will be listed under this option, and you will have the chance to cancel any sent mail within 30 second after sending it. If you want you can customize the cancellation period. Follow the below steps to customize the cancellation period...

  • Click on the General tab from the Settings option.
  • Then in the  Send Cancel Period option. Select the period as you want.
  • Finally click on  Save Changes option located at bottom of the page.

From now when you send any mail you will have an Undo option in your PopUp bar beside the Your Message Has Been Sent option. If you click Undo then immediately your send mail will be canceled and Compose Mail option will be open for Editing. Now after necessary editing click Send option to sent the main to your desired receiver.
