How to Set Password on Google Chrome Browser!!!

When you think of browsing internet, then what come first to your mind. It must be browser. There are a lot of browser available like Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer etc. But among them my personal choice is Google Chrome. It seems to me very flexible and users friendly. Earlier I have published some posts about Browser Tricks. Today I am gonna share a trick about setting password on Google Chrome.

Nowadays online and offline security is one of the most concerning matter. You probably don't want someone to use your browser without your permission. If you are using Google Chrome browser then you can protect your browser from unwanted users by setting up password on it. To add password on Google Chrome Browser you will have to use a simple extension on it. Lets see how to do it...
The extension  name is Chrome PW.

Google Chrome PW

Setting Password On Google Chrome:
  1. First you have to Install extension from here  ChromePW
  2. Then click on +ADD TO CHROME button located at the right top corner.
  3. Now complete the Installation.

After installing the extension setup the password in the Chrome-PW settings. Once you have set password in the settings of Chrome-PW it will be stored encrypted. In future when you will open Google Chrome the password prompt will appears. If anyone bypass the password prompt Google Chrome will be closed. If you have forgotten your password you can display a password hint. If you have forgotten your password once fully, then you will have to reinstall your browser.

That's it , now you can restrict the unauthorized users of your Google Chrome Browser.
