How to Add Album Art to Mp3 files by Mp3tag!

Cover art or Album Art is the photograph on the outside of a published product such as a book, magazine, video game, DVD, CD, videotape, or music album. That is why when you play any Mp3 file the Album art shows on your Media Playe. This is because that Mp3 file embedded with cover image. And you can change the cover image of your Mp3 files as you want. In this post I'm gonna introduce a tiny software by which you can add Album Art to your Mp3 files.

Sometime it may happen to you that you are liking the Album Art of your Mp3 files and you wanted to change or add image to your Mp3 files of your own choice. There are several way by which you can add a new image or changing the existing Mp3 album image. But most of them are complected. In this post I'm introducing a software named Mp3Tag, by which you can add, remove or customize the album art image. You can also add or change the Album Art of multiple Mp3 file simultaneously.

Download Mp3Tag software from the above download link. This is the official download page of this software. Mp3Tag is completely free software and it is only 2.58 MB. You can run this software on any version of Windows XP to 8.1. Download and Install this software in your PC and follow the below steps to lean  how to add image cover to Mp3 files, using this software.


Adding Album Art to Mp3 Files:

• First Run the Mp3tag on your PC.
• The Select the directory where the mp3 files are located. And wait to load the files.

• Now you can work with all files or one by one. When you select a file the album art will be shown at the bottom left.

• Now Right click on a file and Choose Extended Tags and the Tags window will open.

• Here in the Tags window click Cross icon from the Cover section located at right side to Remove the current Tag. If there is no tag the follow the next steps to add 

• You can also change the information of the Mp3 file from Metadata located on the left.

• Then click on Add Cover icon and choose the image from your PC that you want to use ass files cover.

• And finally click on OK to complete the process.

That's it. Now the Album Art of your Mp3 files will be changed.
