How to Fix IDM Fake Serial Pop-Up [Sure Solution]

No Doubt - Internet Download Manager (IDM) is the best download manger to download anything from the web. By using crack and patch the IDM Registration process can be avoided but still most of you may have been facing the pop up that IDM has been registered with the Fake serial number. But by using some simple trick you can stop this IDM Fake Serial Pop-Up. I have collected some easy method and share all of them with you. Actually if your IDM crack is working then the popup does not restrict you to use IDM but it will continuously ask you to register your IDM. Bit this pop up is really very irritating since it appears every time when you are about to download some file or when you start your PC. Previously I had shared a post on this same topic. Note: First of all you need to uninstall older version of IDM crack and use the latest. Search on web you will get latest one. If the Fake IDM Serial Pop-Up is appearing for the latest crack too then proceed to use the below methods to Fix it.

Method-1:

• Download and extract IDM Fake Fixed  [Download link below]

• Then run the Reset (Fixed).exe as Administrator

• Click on Trial Reset tab [By default it sets to HELP tab]

• Uncheck the Automatically box

• Click on Reset the IDM trial now and wait for the process

Method-2:

• Open RUN dialog box [Windows Key+R]

• Type regedit and hit ENTER

• Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DownloadManager

• Find for CheckUpdtVM

• Change value to 0

Method-3:

• Go to the IDM directory

• Find for IDMGrHlp.exe and delete it

• Now find for idmBroker.exe and copy/paste in same folder

• Rename the copied file to IDMGrHlp.exe

• Restart your system to apply this effect.

Method-4:

• Go to the directory C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\

• Find for hosts

• Right click on that file follow by Open With >> Notepad [Can be use any text editor]

• Now just copy the below lines of code and paste it after the last line in the hosts file.
