How To Turn Off UPS Beeping Sound

UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) is an electrical apparatus that provides emergency power to the computer at the time of load shedding. It is one of the most essential instrument for desktop PC. Because if you use UPS with your PC then it will allow you to save your document by providing Uninterrupted Power Supply at Load Shedding.

Having a lot of advantages UPS create a common problem to us. The problem is with Beep sound. You may don't like this Beep sound. And sometimes you may think that if the sound can be muted or stopped. Yes this Beep sound can be stopped. In this I will show the process.

Turn Off UPS Beeping Sound:

Condition: Before start the process at first see that you have warranty or not, because after the process you will lost your warranty validity.

Warning: Do the process in your own responsibility and be aware of electricity safety.

• At first switch off your UPS.
• Then disconnect UPS wire from Electricity and computer.
• Now open the UPS cover.
•  Then find out the speaker, you can find it easily from UPS control board. It is look like below image.

Now you remove it from UPS control board by using soldering iron or cut it by using cutting pliers, But soldering iron is much safer than cutting pliers.
