How To Zip a File/Folder With 7Zip!!!

Zipping files means that your are keeping files in a containers. By Zipping files you can store one or more files in an one file/folder in the compressed format. Generally by Zipping files you can share more files in a zipped folder. Normally when we share files on internet then we share files by Zipping them.

In my previous post I have shown How To Open Rar Files/Zip Files With 7zip. In today's post I will show How to Zip a File or Folder With 7Zip. Let's see how to do it.


Follow the below steps to Zip File/Folder:

1. At first download and install 7 Zip from here Download
2. Then keep necessary files/folders in a folder in which you want to add Zip.
3. Then click Right Mouse Button on the folder and click 7-Zip.
4. Then click Add to Archive and then in window choose the Archive Format, Compression Level and the other option as you need.
5. Now click OK.

That's it. Now you can add Zip to any file or folder when you need.
