If you choose Select an APK File option then it will show apps folders from your android device memory. And if you choose Select APK from App option then it will apps of your android device. Choose a app that you want to edit.
Then you will get three options named String, Resource and Manifest. Now depending on your requirement select any option and Edit the android app. After editing the app click Save option to apply the modification.
