How To Disable Automatic Windows Update!

Windows provides regular updates for their users of the Windows. Windows Updates are available for XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8. Update includes important security tools, new features etc. Sometimes are very large in size.

Most of the cases these updates are not very important for the users who are using Microsoft Security Essentials. In that cases you can disable the Auto Update Feature. Today I'm going to tell about turning off the automatic updates of Windows Operating System. However this is very simple tips. Just follow the step below.


Disabling Windows Automatic Update:

• For Windows XP:

Press Start+ R>>>type Control and press Enter >>> Security Center >>> Go to Automatic Update >>> >>>Choose Never Check for Update.

• For  Other Windows Version:

1. Press Start+R type Control and press Enter.
2. Scroll down to the bottom and hit on Windows Update.
3. Now hit on Change Settings.
4. You can Choose either Never Check for Updates or Check for Update but let me choose whether to download or install them as showing in the image below.
5. Press OK.

That's it, Now Windows will never be checked for Automatic Update.
