But as Blogger.com is also provided by Google, That is why there is an official Google Plus button for Blogger.com users. And you can place the button anywhere you want on your blog. Adding Google Plus Button to Blogger:

• First Sign into your Blogger Account and go to Dashboard.
• Then click on the Layout option.
• Now click Add a Gadget link where you want to place the gadget.
• Then from the Gadgets list choose +1 Button.

• Then Customize the button Size and Annotation as you want.
• Finally click on the Save button.

That's it, Now view your blog and you will see that the Google +1 button is appearing on your blog where you have placed it.
