Contact form is a form through which visitors of a site contact with  the site's admin. Normally every visitor based blog or website should have Contact Page or Form in it. Not only that an standard website must have Contact Page. Creating Contact Form on Kontactr:

• First go to this site Contact Form.
• Then Sign up for an account by giving required information. And confirm the confirmation mail to activate your account.
• After activating your account, then Log into your account.
• Now you will get the Contact Form script code in the AJAX Widget box. You can use this code directly on your site's contact page.

• But if you want to customize the form then click on Customize link.
• Then customization the Background, Text, Text Box Background and Text Box color of the form.

• Once the customization is done Copy the code for your customized form. An follow the steps below to add it to your blogger blog.

Adding Contact Form to Blogger: 

• Now Sign into your Blogger Account and go to Dashboard.
• Then click the Pages option and click the Edit button of your Contact Page. If you don't have any contact page, the create one.
• Then in the Page editor click on the HTML button located at left top corner.
• Now Paste the contact form code here.

• Finally click on Update or Publish button to complete the process.
