Official Contact Form for Blogger! (Exclusive Post)

Undoubtedly contact form is one of the most important gadget for a website or blog. If you are blogging on Blogger platform then you know that, there is a long time Blogger.com did not had any contact form gadget for their users. But finally they have understood the importance of contact from and launched the official contact form gadget for their user. And now blogger blogging on Blogger.com platform can use their own official contact form. In this post I'm gonna show how you can add the official contact form gadget to your blog.


Earlier Blogger.com users had to rely on third party scrip or code to add contact form in their blog. I had also published a post about third party contact form for blogger. But now you no more have to rely on any third party script. In a word the official blogger contact form is excellent, but it has a limitation too. You can't use the official contact from on a static page. You can only add this contact form as a widget to your blog's sidebar, footer or any where like the other gadgets. Adding Blogger Official Contact Form:

• First Sign into your Blogger Account and go to Dashboard.
• Then click on Layout option and click Add a Gadget link, where you want to place the contact form.

• Then in the gadget section click on More Gadgets option.
• Now from the gadget list choose Contact Form New!

• Then set a Suitable Title for the contact form and click Save.

That's it now view your blog and you will see the Contact Form appearing on your blog.

• Then Sign up for an account by giving required information. And confirm the confirmation mail to activate your account.
• After activating your account, then Log into your account.
• Now you will get the Contact Form script code in the AJAX Widget box. You can use this code directly on your site's contact page.

• But if you want to customize the form then click on Customize link.
• Then customization the Background, Text, Text Box Background and Text Box color of the form.

• Once the customization is done Copy the code for your customized form. An follow the steps below to add it to your blogger blog.

Adding Contact Form to Blogger: 

• Now Sign into your Blogger Account and go to Dashboard.
• Then click the Pages option and click the Edit button of your Contact Page. If you don't have any contact page, the create one.
• Then in the Page editor click on the HTML button located at left top corner.
• Now Paste the contact form code here.

• Finally click on Update or Publish button to complete the process.
