How To Refresh Windows 7 PC Automatically!

In Windows operating system PC we usually click mouse right button or press F5 to refresh the computer. 1. At first open Run (press WindowsKey+R).
2. Then type regedit and press Enter. 
3. Now got to here HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ Update.
4. Then Double click on Update Mode option at the right side.
5. Then here type 0 and click OK. 

Now if the Windows need to be Refreshed then it will Refresh itself Automatically.
