How To Hide Hard Drive of Your Computer

If you are windows user then you already familiar with the file and folder hiding option. I have also published a few post like How To Hide A Folder And File Using Command Prompt and How to Hide or Unhide a Files or Folders In Your PC. Today I am gonna show you how to hide your PC hard drive. Follow the below steps.

Hiding Your PC Hard Drive:

1. At first open the Run option. (press Windows key + R)
2. Then type gpedit.msc and then press Enter.
3. Then click the Administrative Templates located at the left side under User Configuration.
4. Then Double Click on the Windows Components and open Windows Explorer.
5. Then find and open Hide these Specified Drives in My Computer.
6. Now Click the Enabled and then select Restrict All Drives or the Drive you want to hide and click OK.

If You want to Show the hidden Hard Drive, then follow the above steps till 5th. But in the step-6 click Disabled or Not Configured and click OK. Now check your hard drive in My Computer. If your computer drives are not still shown then restart your computer.
